DOES GOD LOVE YOU?

Yes, He does! The Bible says in Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”  The Bible says in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” 

DOES GOD WANT YOU TO GO TO HEAVEN?

Yes, He does! The Bible says in John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me … I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” 

BUT, YOU AND I ARE SINNERS,

Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”  James 2:10 “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”  We are all sinners and guilty of breaking God’s Law. In Exodus 20, God gave us a list of laws (The Ten Commandments) to demonstrate to us that we do not measure up to God’s demands.

AND ARE THEREFORE UNDER GOD’S SENTENCE OF DEATH!

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death”  I Corinthians 6:9 “Know ye not that the unrighteous [sinners] shall not inherit the kingdom of God?”  Revelation 21:8 “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, … and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” 

UNLESS YOU TURN TO CHRIST IN FAITH AND CALL UPON HIM TO BE YOUR SAVIOR!

1) He died to pay the price for your sins on the cross and then rose from the dead!

Romans 5:8, 1 Peter 3:18 “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God being put to death in the flesh, but quickened (made alive) by the Spirit:” 

2) He will save you if you trust in Him for salvation!!

John 3:18 “He that believeth on him [Jesus] is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already”  Romans 10:9,13 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved … For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
